Freshmart, one of Nigeria’s fast-growing grocery and household retail brands, operates multiple branches across Delta State, each requiring seamless coordination of procurement, inventory, sales, finance, and in-house bakery production. As the business expanded, manual processes created delays, inconsistencies, and limited visibility across locations.
To streamline operations and establish a unified workflow, Freshmart partnered with Ops29Limited to deploy Odoo ERP across all branches.

Freshmart operates with a workforce of over 70 employees across all branches. To ensure smooth adoption of the new system, we delivered role-based, hands-on training tailored to each team’s daily responsibilities.
